Refund Policy
As a small, independent brand, everything we create is made with intention, care, and a deep respect for thoughtful production. We work in small batches and often on a pre-order basis, allowing us to avoid excess and remain aligned with a more sustainable way of making. Each piece is crafted in limited quantities, and every order carries its own unique shipping timeline, which is noted within the product description.
This slower, more considered approach means we do not hold surplus stock, nor do we operate on a mass-production scale like big corporations. Because of this, we’re unable to absorb the costs associated with refunds in the same way larger companies can.
Instead, if you truly feel your FLOR piece is not the right fit, we offer store credit for eligible returns. This allows us to continue creating high-quality pieces with integrity, while still giving you the flexibility to find something that feels right for you. Store credits are valid for six months from the date of issue.
To be eligible for a store credit, please contact us at hello@thisisflor.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your email, order ID number, and the reason the piece doesn’t feel suitable for you.
If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with shipping instructions within 24 hours. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Items must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. All pieces must be unworn, unmarked, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable service, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been shipped, please notify us so we can assist in tracking its arrival. Store credit will be issued once the item has been received and reviewed by our team.
Flor reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions. Items that are worn, marked, missing tags, or returned outside of the stated timeframes will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
